I had spent my entire life dieting, cutting out foods, working harder, burning out my body and mind, and frustrated with still seeing no results.
Eventually I gave up, and believed I was destined to never love my body or feel comfortable with how I looked. I believed I would just have to pretend for the rest of my life...I was the master of cutting out desserts, going hard for a few weeks, and then bingeing on all the sweets, feeling all of the guilt and shame and wondering why I didn't have the motivation or will power to just be successful.
BUT after allllll the trial and error, countless hours of research, reading, multiple certifications later, and support from friends and family.... I finally FOUND SUCCESS.
I took everything I learned and developed a system that helped me break free from the soul-sucking diet culture, create an exercise routine that fit in my schedule and chose training styles that I actually ENJOYED. I learned how to believe in myself, and how to detach my worth from my appearance.And then I realized I wasn't the only one who had these experiences and beliefs.
