After years of dieting and excessive fitness classes, I was left feeling burnt-out, exhausted & incredibly frustrated. I was following all the health and fitness advice that was online, would see some results, but never able to actually maintain them OR enjoy a social life at the same time.
I knew there had to be a better way to improve my health and reach my goals without sacrificing my social life ( I mean who doesn't love going out with friends and having some wine or tequila?)
So I started DANIFIT as a way to help women who want to pursue excellence in their health AND are willing to put in the effort into bettering yourself physically and mentally.
I help women who are ready to put their struggles with the scale aside and are eager and willing to become their healthiest, strongest, most confident version of themselves.
