After years of dieting and excessive fitness classes, I was left feeling burnt-out, exhausted & incredibly frustrated. I was following all the health and fitness advice that was online, would see some results, but never able to actually maintain them OR enjoy a social life at the same time.
I knew there had to be a better way to improve my health and reach my goals without sacrificing my social life ( I mean who doesn't love going out with friends and having some wine & pizza?)
So I started DANIFIT as a way to help women who want to pursue redefine what healthy looks and feels like for them, and learn how to eat without beating themselves up about it, or running their body into the ground in the name of “fitness” (your joints aren’t supposed to feel that sore and achy all the time and you’re not supposed to be that tired all the time!)
I help women who are ready to put their struggles with the scale aside and are eager and willing to become their healthiest, strongest, most confident version of themselves.
