Hi, Hello. It’s Me.

The name’s Dani.

After spending far too many years stuck in the diet and exercise roller coaster of on-again-off-again, jumping from program to program, doing random YouTube or Instagram swipe videos whenever I went to the gym, and trying far too many “low-carb, low-fat, no-sugar” diets…. I finally found my calling in the world of Health and Fitness.

Knowledge, Authenticity, and Autonomy are at the centre of DANIFIT concepts (3 things I see a shortage of in the online health & fitness space). I found success in my journey and finally got off the roller coaster once and for all by figuring out how to change my behaviour(s) for longterm success.

Now I find myself wanting to pass on my knowledge, skills, and strategies onto YOU. How to apply concepts and connect the dots for effective and sustainable strength, nutrition, and lifestyle behaviours. My aim is to share my knowledge and experience, so that you can create positive change in your life that improves your WHOLE health - not just one aspect - so you can feel confident in yourself and your choices.

  • Learn tools and solutions to help you finally kick those evening pantry raids to the curb. You’ll not only learn how to address this habit but also how to solve it. Finally feel in control around food rather than let it control you!

  • This isn’t a program focused on weight loss for a reason. If you want to improve your health - you want to approach it from a whole-person whole-health method.
